There are always questions about moving.

Everyone has some . . . or lots.

Let’s see if we can answer most of yours. But if not, please contact us or request a quote and we’ll work through them together when we talk.

Which areas do you service?

We cover Sydney’s Northern Beaches from Manly to Palm Beach, St Ives and all suburbs in-between as well as regional areas and interstate. If you are unsure if we cover your area just drop us a line.

When should I book my removal?

The more advance notice you can give us, the more likely we will be available on your required dates. Ideally, two weeks notice is preferable.

Where are you based?

We’re based on Bayview, just North of Mona Vale, on Sydney’s Northern Beaches.

How long will it take to get a quote?

Generally you can get a quote within 24 hours, if you request one online. However, it may take longer if there is additional information required. If this happens, we will try to provide you with the quotation within 48 hours.

How much does it cost?

This depends on how long it will take. We work on a simple hourly rate, so the longer it takes the more it may cost. However that said, the more preparation and packing you do prior to us arriving the more efficient we can be for your move.

Do you pack goods as well?

No we don’t. By packing the goods yourself you will save us time but, more importantly save yourself money. To help you with packing, we have listed some helpful hints.

Can I help with the move?

Definitely. The more you assist us, the less time it should take and that will you’re your costs to a minimum.

What size are your vehicles?

Our trucks can cater for single item moves to household and large corporate relocations.

Is it possible to move after hours?

Yes, within reason.

Are you able to disassemble or reassemble my furniture?

Yes, just let us know so that we can prepare and bring the necessary tools. This does add extra time to the job, however. See our helpful hints for more information on packing.

Do you come equipped with trolleys etc?

Absolutely. We have stair-climbing trolleys, flat trolleys, padded blankets, straps, and oversized rubber bands to ensure items are secured on the truck.

What time should I expect the vehicle on removal day?

Unless otherwise arranged, your removal team will arrive in the morning between 8am and 9am of your removal day. If we encounter any delays on the journey we will keep you informed.

Do you have Public Liability Insurance?

Yes we do. It’s up to $10 million.

Other Insurance?

Goods in Transit Insurance up to $50 thousand, and Product Liability Insurance up to $10 million.

How and when do I pay – upfront or on completion?

Full payment will be required on the day of your move in cash, or if you would like to pay by cheque or bank transfer, funds will have to be cleared before the day of your move.
